ROSIE HOLT – MINA

Rosie burst onto the comedy scene when she won So You Think You Write Funny: The Sitcom Trials with her hapless alter ego, Hayley. She went on to write and star in Fall Girl at the Gilded Balloon, has since moved into standup and written for The Huffington Post and Alain De Botton’s School of Life. Rosie trained at LAMDA on the 3 year acting course. Her first professional role after leaving was Wuthering Heights at the Aberystwyth Arts Centre and Theatre Clywd, earning great reviews. Other roles  include; Juliet in Romeo & Juliet for the New Triad Theatre and Jim in Treasure Island for Creation Theatre, Oxford.

KATE SOULSBY – LUCY

After training at the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama, Kate has enjoyed success as an actor, writer and stand up comedian. Most recently she starred as Emily in a production of The Rally at Theatre Royal Stratford East. Prior to this she has taken leading roles in various feature films, including playing Dizzy in Paranoid Android’s horror anthology Three’s a Shroud.

LIAM DRYDEN – JOHN

Liam Dryden is a Scottish internet personality, writer, actor, and musician. He is best known as a part of the band Chameleon Circuit, whose music is entirely inspired by BBC television series Doctor Who; as Kairan “Kai” Fisher in sci­fi webseries Chronicles of Syntax; and as a founding organiser of Summer in the City, the UK’s largest YouTube community event. Collectively, his YouTube videos have surpassed 8 million views. He currently writes for YouTube news site We The Unicorns.

MATT HARGREAVES – JACK

Matt Hargreaves is an actor who is best known as the voice of Matt in the popular animated series, Eddsworld which to date has over 1 million subscribers and over 182 million views on YouTube. A writer and director as well Matt has written for Eddsworld and creates his own videos for his personal YouTube channel, MattLobster.

JAMES MORAN – CREATOR, WRITER, DIRECTOR, EDITOR, EXEC PRODUCER

James wrote the movies Severance, Cockneys Vs Zombies, Tower Block, and TV episodes of Doctor Who, Torchwood, Spooks, Primeval, Spooks Code 9, Crusoe, The Sparticle Mystery, Crossing Lines, and Eve. He also wrote and part-directed web thriller Girl Number 9, which was nominated for 5 Streamy Awards in 2010, the first UK web series to make it to the Streamys. He also wrote and directed the shorts Crazy For You, starring Arthur Darvill (Doctor Who, DC’s Legends of Tomorrow) and Hannah Tointon (Penny Dreadful, The Inbetweeners), Three Minutes, starring Daniel Brocklebank (Coronation Street), and Ghosting, starring Francesca Fowler (Doctor Who, Rome).

ELISAR CABRERA – PRODUCER

 

Elisar has produced feature films (Ibiza Undead, Deadly Virtues, Who’s Changing), digital series (the award-winning 3some, ThoseVideoGuys, Vidfest Diaries) and short films (SuperMum, Beryl, The Conductor).  A web series advocate, Elisar founded the Raindance Web Fest, the UK’s first festival for independent digital and web series.  He produces VidfestUK, the YouTube and web series section of MCM London Comic Con and is a co-founder of Digital Creators UK. He has sat on several international juries for web series awards and festivals.

Cat is a writer, filmmaker and producer. Her short films include the award-winning KEEN-wah, and Connie starring Catrin Stewart (Doctor Who, Stella). Cat has worked professionally in broadcasting since 2005 at the BBC, BBC Worldwide and ITV across TV and radio genres as a researcher, co-ordinator, project manager, production manager and publishing/brand executive. She has an MA in Creative Writing from Manchester Metropolitan University and is currently completing a second MA in Professional Media Practice.

She studied at Gorton Studio, the first specialist prosthetics and make-up FX school in Europe. Kirsty runs her own make-up and FX company, FX Gremlin Productions. Always looking for the next innovative project; Kirsty works across genres and finds them exciting in different ways.
